Returns & exchanges
Return costs are at your own expense. You can send returns to our address in Alkmaar. Ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and with tags. For more information, please see our returns page.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. The refund (excluding shipping costs) will follow within 14 days.
