Problems with my order
Can I still make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once you've placed your order, you can only cancel it during our office hours by contacting us by email at info@baebeestore.nl. Cancellations must be made within two hours of placing the order.
I received a defective/incorrect item, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us directly at info@baebeestore.nl, sending a photo of the item and your order reference number. We will then send you a returns label so you can return your order to us at our expense. We will attempt to repair the item or issue a refund.
Something went wrong while placing my order, how do I know my order was successful?
If you have been charged for your order but have not yet received an order confirmation, we recommend contacting us by email at info@baebeestore.nl.
It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder or that an incorrect email address was entered.
Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
In the Netherlands, all orders are shipped via DHL. We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 business days of placing them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
I still haven't received my order, what can I do?
If you haven't received your order after the estimated time, we always recommend checking your package's tracking. If the package has been reported to the courier but not yet shipped, we're still busy packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. If your order is stuck in the sorting process for more than a few days, please email info@baebeestore.nl with your order reference so we can check its status. If your package is listed as delivered but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox for a note from the courier.
Returns & Refunds
Please note: We don't cover the cost of returning your order, so we strongly recommend sending your package with tracking and keeping proof of postage. If the product is lost, it is not our responsibility.
How can I return my order?
If you have received an order from us but are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
What happens if I return my package later than 14 days?
Always try to return your package within 14 days of receipt. If you're unable to do so and we receive your return later, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

Is it possible to order an item on back order?
If the item you're looking for is out of stock and you're curious when we'll have it back in stock, please send an email to info@baebeestore.nl

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
